Fastener

A fastener (1) comprises a basic member (2), which has a recess (10) with an opening (11) for a bolt, and a disk member (3), which is connected by at least one predetermined breaking point (5) with the basic member (2) and has a hole (12) arranged coaxial to the opening (11). The disk member (3) contains a circular clamping disk (4), which is designed to hold the bolt slipped through the hole (12) undetachable in the disk member (3).
