System comprising a portable, battery-operated device and a charging device for the device

The system has a stretcher clip (506), electric contacts and a charge- and/or communication device with an electrical contact region. The charge and/or communication device is used for electrical connection with the electric contacts. The charge- and/or communication device comprise a holding element such that the stretcher clip is connected with the holding element in a force-fit and form-fit manner. The holding element of the charge- and/or communication device is formed such that force partly acts in a direction of the contact region.
