The plug (100) has an electrical element (110) including electrical contacts (111). Another electrical element (120) includes intermediate electric contacts to be connected to the electrical contacts, and electrical output contacts (122) to be connected to terminals of a power outlet. A connecting unit (140) connects the two elements with each other. A locking unit (150) locks the connection of the elements, where the locking unit includes a spring (156) that prevents connection of the electrical output contacts of the plug with the power outlet when the locking unit is deactivated.
