Control device for a combustion engine

DRIVE May 7, 2014
Source
The device has suction and exhaust gas recirculation passages (22, 24) formed in a suction passage and exhaust gas recirculation passage housing (12, 10) such that flow cross-sections of the suction and exhaust passages are adjusted by first flap (36) and second flap (40). The first and second flaps are rotatably connected to each other about a common rotational axis. The exhaust gas recirculation passage controls the second flap that is mounted in the exhaust gas recirculation passage housing. The suction passage controls the first flap attached to a valve body (38).
