LASER DEVICE, CALIBRATION OF LASER DEVICE AND VERIFICATION OF RADAR ALIGNMENT CALIBRATION

A laser device is a structure by which calibration of a vehicle radar sensor can be verified through output of two laser beams representing the orientation of the radar sensor. The one or two laser beams are analysed in order to determine the orientation of the radar sensor and its misalignment from a reference orientation, such that the radar sensor can be calibrated correctly. A method of calibrating the laser device is also provided.
