The heat exchanger (28) has a first inlet (29) and a first outlet (30) for first cooling medium, where first inlet and first outlet are connected with each other by a first path (31) guiding to first medium. A second inlet (32) and a second outlet (33) are provided for a second heating medium, where second inlet and second outlet are connected with each other by a second path (34) guiding to second medium. A third inlet (35) and a third outlet (36) are provided for third heated medium, where third inlet and third outlet are connected with each other by third path (37) guiding to third medium. An independent claim is included for a device with an internal combustion engine and a fresh air system.
