Exhaust gas heat exchanger

The heat exchanger has housing that includes a primary inlet (35) and a primary outlet (36) which are fluidically connected to guide a primary medium through an annular channel to a primary path and a bypass path. A control device is provided to control a flow of primary medium through the primary and bypass paths. The two separate secondary inlets and secondary outlets are fluidically connected to guide a secondary medium through two separate secondary paths. The primary path is separately coupled to the secondary paths for heat transfer between the media. An independent claim is included for a heat exchanger device.
