Method for producing an intake manifold integrating a heat exchanger and corresponding intake manifold

The method involves integrating a heat exchanger to structurally obtain a unit module. Constituent parts (3, 4) of a collector are assembled to form the collector, where the constituent parts are made of a thermoplastic material. A heat exchanger (2) is mounted with the collector. The heat exchanger is rigidly and directly attached with the constituent parts by preserving continuity of walls of the constituent parts. The heat exchanger is solidarized with the constituent parts during manufacturing the constitutive walls.
