Device for increasing contact surfaces

The device has a U-shaped bracket which is pushed on a contact wire (1), where the both ends of an axle stub (3) lie in a plane (4) with a contact surface (5) of the contact wire. The bracket is connected with the contact wire by a snap connection. The bracket has resilient lugs which snap in the grooves (7) of the contact wire. the bracket has lateral recesses.
