The device has a flat material web (3) fixed to a frame (2), where an edge of the flat material web is clamped by an elongate elastic attachment element in a groove (27) of the frame. The groove includes a small angular undercut at an angle of not more than 7 degrees with respect to the insertion direction (f1) of the attachment element. The groove is rectangular in cross-section, and includes a concavely curved groove bottom (29), where the edge of the material web is clamped by the pressure exerted by the attachment element against the groove bottom.
