System for measuring electric consumption of modular devices in a cabinet

The system has a measurement device (2) that is placed in immediate upstream of a group of modular electrical appliances. A measurement unit (3) is arranged for measuring current consumed by the group of modular electrical appliances e.g. heater. Another measurement unit is arranged for measuring current provided to the current measurement device. A visual indication system is provided in the system, a processing unit processes measured currents. A connection unit is provided between the current measurement units and the processing unit.
