A blocking device includes a blocking position and prevents a starting enrichment unit from assuming a starting position of the enrichment unit when the device is in the blocking position. The arrangement is coupled to the device to cause the device to be in the blocking position when the arrangement is in the unactuated position. The actuating unit for the braking arrangement is a hand protection bracket (5), and the braking arrangement includes a differential band brake.
