The controller is configured to notify a user of a result of a determination of whether the power supply vehicle can supply power to a vehicle of the user under specified conditions that include a position specified by the user and a time specified by the user. The controller is configured to accept a reservation for the power supply vehicle to supply power to the vehicle of the user.
