A main padding element is spatially arranged from an upholstery element (13) that is separated from a cushion element (14). Material properties of the cushion element are physically changed for selected functional regions such that the cushion element comprises different stretchability properties and/or bend properties for the selected functional areas than in remaining regions of a web arrangement (12).
