A wireless headset device (10) comprising: an earbud assembly (12) comprising an earbud flexible circuit board (522); and a primary housing assembly (510) coupled via a neck portion to the earbud assembly (12), the primary housing assembly (510) comprising: a battery (19); a microphone (17); and a primary housing flexible circuit board (512) electrically coupled to the earbud flexible circuit board (522), the battery (19), and the microphone (17), the primary housing flexible circuit board (512) being bent around the battery (19) so as to conserve space.
