A battery charging control system of a terminal is provided. The system includes a terminal (100) in which a battery (200) is mounted and a charger (300) connected to the terminal to provide a charging current for charging the battery. The charger charges the battery with a maximum margin current value that is greater than a rated current value of the charger.
