Vehicle seat apparatus

The vehicle seat device (10a) has a head support unit (12a), a seat cover unit and a shoulder cushion unit (16a). The shoulder cushion unit is directly connected with the head support unit or the seat cover unit. The shoulder cushion unit is connected detachably with the head support unit or the seat cover unit. The head support unit is provided to detachably integrate in a vehicle seat. The head support unit has a fastening unit for fastening the head support unit in a vehicle seat. The shoulder cushion unit has a receiving area (24a) for a safety belt.
