Transverse leaf spring with a rigidly connected elastic body for a vehicle

The arrangement has a leaf spring (4) to provide suspension of a motor car, and an elastic connecting body (1a) connected to the leaf spring and comprising a device i.e. rigid plate, to provide a rigid connection to a frame (5) of the motor car. The connecting body has first and second elastic connecting body sections (A, B) that are inclined with respect to one another and partially spaced apart from one another. The elastic connecting body sections are inclined at respective angles (alpha, beta) with respect to a neutral axis (C) of the leaf spring. An independent claim is also included for a motor car.
