The body has a profile body (1) designed as a hollow chamber profile (2) e.g. double chamber profile, and provided with predetermined deformation areas (3a-3c) that extend in a longitudinal axis direction. The deformation areas comprise sections (4a-4c) having reduced material thickness, where the sections are arranged in an area of a bend line of the hollow chamber profile. The bend line runs transverse to a longitudinal axis. The hollow chamber profile is bent and/or curved in the region of the bend line, and a chamber is formed in the hollow chamber profile.
