Energy storage device for a motor vehicle

The device has an energy storage unit (20) with cooling fins (21), and a bending part i.e. metal sheet. The bending part is formed as a container (10) for intake of the energy storage unit. A set of recesses (11) is arranged in the device. An opening (12) is utilized for pushing the energy storage unit in the bending part. The energy storage unit is arranged in the bending part, and the cooling fins are passed through the recesses. The recesses form a guide for the cooling fins, and have a saw tooth form.
