Bicycle fork with braking unit

The bicycle fork has a fork crown (24) that connects two fork legs (26) with each other. A lower bearing retainer (22) is connected with the fork crown. A brake unit (44) is arranged below the fork crown. An activation element (50) is guided for the brake unit through the lower bearing retainer. An upper bearing retainer (34) is guided through the activation element. The brake unit has two brake lever, which are arranged within the fork legs or the fork crown.
