A generally circular plate (74) is mounted within the bore (72) and is rotatable between a first open position and a second closed position. The generally circular plate (74) is dimensioned to provide a enlarged gap (80) between an outer edge (79) of the generally circular plate (74) and the bore (72) when at the second closed position.
