Air filter element, filter housing and filter assembly

The filter element (10) has a torque transmission unit e.g. projection unit (18), formed on axial end of a cylindrical central tube and transmit torque from a tool to the filter element. A fastening unit (14) is formed on another axial end of the cylindrical central tube, and detachably fastens the element into a cylindrical support body (21) by plug-rotation movement of the fastening unit. The torque transmission unit is formed as a projection or recess having non-rotational symmetry relative to the cylinder axis of the cylindrical central tube. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a filter housing for receiving an air filter element (2) a filter arrangement for a portable hand-held power tool.
