Filter device

The filter device (1) has a filter housing (2) arranged with an exchangeable filter element (3). The filter element separates a filtered side (4) from an unfiltered side (5). The filter element is designed in a cylindrical shape. An axial seal (8) is arranged to the end plates (6,7) of the filter element. The axial sealing operates the sealing between the unfiltered side and the filtered side in connection with a sealing surface (9) of the filter housing. A spring unit (11) is arranged at the end plates of the filter element.
