The exchanger (1) has coolant boxes (3, 4) between which a fin-pipe block (7) is extended. Pipes (12-15) of the fin-pipe block are led into bases (5, 6). The bases are connected closely with the coolant boxes that are fastened at a suction module (2) i.e. suction tube, of an internal combustion engine. The coolant boxes are pulled over the bases of the fin-pipe block, and rest at the suction module of the internal combustion engine. The suction module is engaged among lateral edge and the bases. The lateral edge of the coolant boxes is projected to the bases.
