The device has a threaded element (4) which is extended in an outer sheet (1) with a pin section through an opening. A screw sleeve (7) stands in a threaded connection with the threaded element. A support surface is formed for the arrangement against a body structure (3). The threaded connection is formed between the screw sleeve and the threaded element opposite to a thread of a screw bolt (8). An actuator is arranged between the screw bolt and the screw sleeve and is operated with a limited torque.
