Device for fixing a part, e.g. a rail, to the bodywork of a vehicle

The device has a pin (5) connected with a profile (2) and extending through an opening (13) of an outer sheet (1). The pin is impinged by an expanding sleeve (7) and a bolt (8) at a body structure (3). The expanding sleeve and the bolt are supported by vehicle inside against the body structure. Spring elements (55) are arranged at the pin. Radial dimension of the spring elements in an extended condition is larger than radial dimension of the opening of the outer sheet. Locking areas i.e. bevels, at the spring elements are aligned opposite to an inner side (39) of the outer sheet.
