Magnetic valve with a magnetic module

The solenoid valve (1) has a solenoid coil (5), and a magnetic core comprising magnetic core inner and outer poles (3,4). An anchor bolt (11) is penetrated into an anchor plate (9) provided at the side of magnetic core. A residual air gap disc (15) is arranged at end surface (8) of anchor plate side of magnetic core. A component portion at the residual air gap formed between anchor plate and magnetic core is cooperated with magnetic core inner and outer poles. The residual air gap disc and/or anchor plate are made of non-crystalline material of amorphous metal. An independent claim is included for manufacturing method of solenoid valve.
