Solenoid valve, in particular for controlling a liquid flow, comprising an electromagnet (2) for generating a magnetic force and a movably arranged magnetic armature (7), wherein the magnetic armature (7) can be moved in a longitudinal direction against a restoring force by energizing the electromagnet (2). Between the magnetic armature (7) and the electromagnet (2), a spacer disc (12) is arranged for adjusting a residual air gap (15), wherein the spacer disc (12) is manufactured from a ceramic material.
