The internal combustion engine (10) has an exhaust manifold (12) and a charge-air collector (13) for each of all the combustion chambers which are staggered depending on the power of combustion engine, and an exhaust gas turbine (17) connected to the exhaust manifold via an exhaust valve (18) and the turn-off turbochargers (14-16) of a separate motor (31) driven by auxiliary compressor (32). A main air valve (26) is inserted between charge air outlet of compressor (28) and collector. An auxiliary air valve (27) and auxiliary compressor are connected to the collector.
