Flap valve

The closure flap (1) has a pivoting arm (4) that is mounted in an exhaust gas turbocharger housing (3) in a bearing in pivoted manner. A counter bearing (5) is formed for the pivot arm from the exhaust gas turbocharger housing to a bearing. A point or line contact is formed between the pivoting arm and the counter bearing. The pivot arm has a radial projection (4') within area of the point or line contact. The projection is stand in operative connection with the counter bearing.
