[0002] The accumulator device has an outer container at least a part of which is formed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, a positive electrode and a negative electrode that are arranged in the outer container, and an electrolytic solution injected into the outer container and containing a lithium salt, wherein the negative electrode and/or the positive electrode is doped with a lithium ion by electrochemical contact of a lithium ion supply source arranged in the outer container with the negative electrode and/or the positive electrode, and the portion formed of aluminum or the aluminum alloy in the outer container is set to a positive potential.
