The present invention relates to a mobile-home-type trailer. The mobile-home-type trailer according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise a trailer body and an air conditioner. The air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention can be provided, in a machine room formed at a position biased toward one side in the trailer body, so as not to be exposed to the outside. Therefore, the risk of breakdown or damage caused by external foreign materials or the like during moving or use thereof can be minimized without affecting the exterior of the trailer body.
