The attachment part is formed as decorative rings (18, 20), a partial ring or an insert (14), where the ring surrounds a body. The attachment part is detachably fixed in the body by screws or pins. A lighting module is provided with the light source and a flexible printed circuit board e.g. flexible printed circuit substrate, which supports the light source. A supply- and/or control wire of the light source is guided on outside- or inside of the body. A cover sheet comprises a film scattering light.
