METHOD FOR PRODUCING POSITIVE ELECTRODE, POSITIVE ELECTRODE, AND LITHIUM METAL SECONDARY BATTERY

A method for producing a positive electrode is provided. The method includes: mixing a positive electrode active material and a solution of a binder to produce a coating liquid; and applying the coating liquid to a positive electrode current collector to form a positive electrode material mixture layer. The positive electrode active material comprises single particles having a Ni content of 80 at. % or more. An amount of moisture contained in the solution of the binder is 280 ppm by mass or less. A ratio of the binder to a solid content contained in the coating liquid is 1 mass % or less. An amount of moisture contained in the positive electrode material mixture layer is 200 μg/cmor less.
