An end cover assembly (100), an energy storage apparatus (1000), and an electricity-consumption device are provided. The end cover assembly (100) includes a lower plastic member (10, 20), a connector (40, 50), and a heat insulating member (80, 90). The lower plastic member (10, 20) includes a body (11, 21) and an assembling groove (15, 25) recessed from a bottom face (112, 212) of the body (11, 21). The connector (40, 50) includes a connecting portion (41, 51), a transition portion (42, 52), and a bending portion (43. 53) connected between the connecting portion (41, 51) and the transition portion (42, 52). The connecting portion (41, 51) has an outer surface (411, 511) and an inner surface (412, 512). The transition portion (42, 52) has an inner side surface (422, 522) and an outer side surface (421, 521). The heat insulating member (80, 90) includes a side heat-insulating-member (81, 91) and an end heat-insulating-member (82, 92). The connecting portion (41, 51) is accommodated in the assembling groove (15, 25). The transition portion (42, 52) extends in a direction away from the lower plastic member (10, 20). The side heat-insulating-member (81, 91) covers the inner side surface (422, 522). The end heat-insulating-member (82, 92) covers the inner surface (412, 512).
