An end cover assembly (100), an energy storage apparatus (1000), and an electricity-consumption device are provided. The end cover assembly (100) includes a lower plastic member (10, 20), a connector (40, 50), and a heat insulating member (80). The lower plastic member (10, 20) defines an assembling groove (15, 25). The assembling groove (15, 25) has a groove bottom face (151, 251). The connector (40, 50) includes a connecting portion (41, 51), a transition portion (42, 52), and a bending portion (43, 53) connected between the connecting portion (41, 51) and the transition portion (42, 52). The connecting portion (41, 51) and the transition portion (42, 52) define an angle therebetween. The connecting portion (41, 51) is accommodated in the assembling groove (15, 25). An inner curved surface (432, 532) of the bending portion (43, 53) is connected between an inner surface (412, 512) of the connecting portion (41, 51) and an inner side surface (422, 522) of the transition portion (42, 52). The heat insulating member (80) is stacked on the connector (40, 50) and completely covers the inner surface (412, 512) and the inner side surface (422, 522). The heat insulating member (80) includes a thickened region completely covering the inner curved surface (432, 532).
