The panel (2) has a body (3) extending longitudinally and in an elevation direction. The body has a mobile window (10) and a guiding unit (15) for guiding movement of the window with respect to the body. The window has a frame (11) within which a transparent surface (12) is located. The window comprises a manual disintegrating unit (30) for disintegrating the window and the body to arrange an emergency exit. The disintegrating unit cooperates with the guiding unit. The disintegrating unit includes release handles placed transversely on a side of the surface of the window.
