Load carrier with a slider and separator bodies

The carrier has a carriage (12) in usage position for supporting a load projected in front of a carriage guide base (11) as in rest position (R). The carriage guide base has a guide rail at which runner rails of the carriage are guided. Spacer bodies (110a, 110c, 120a) are arranged between rail surfaces of a pair of rails with the runner rails and the guide rail. The spacer bodies maintain distance between the surfaces in longitudinal position of the carriage. The carriage is adjusted between the rest and usage positions along a longitudinal axis (26).
