The device has a movable panel guided in upper and lower rails between close position in which the panel closed an opening in a closing plane defined by a fixed panel, and a sliding position in which the panel slides in a sliding plane. Each rail carries a movable shuttle (41) sliding in the rail according to a sliding axis. The shuttle is formed of a bar (21) that carries fixed pins (22, 23) fixed with respect to the bar.
