Improved harness for child care equipment

The equipment has a strap (11) carrying a fixing element e.g. sliding bolt (12), slidably mounted along the strap. The strap is circulated in a slot (121) formed in the fixing element. The strap has stiffness greater than rigidity of remainder of the strap on a portion (23) corresponding to a nominal range of movement of the fixing element. An extra thickness portion (21) is provided by a strip of material reported on the strap. The strip of material is bent and/or stuck on the strap. An end of the greater rigidity portion has thrust parts (24, 25) for preventing the slot of fixing element.
