Lighting connector

The mirror (1) has a mirror base (3), and a rotatably-supported mirror head (2), where the base and the head are cased with housing covers (4). An illuminating element is designed as an illumination-intermediate piece (6) e.g. indicator, that is formed between the head and the base. The intermediate piece has an ellipsoid outer contour with a light window that follows the outer contour of the intermediate piece, where the window is visible from all sides from outer side. The intermediate piece has a lighting unit e.g. LED, that is arranged on a flexible printed circuit board.
