Device for installing solar panels on a roof and arrangement including said device

The device has a base (10) with an upper arm (16) shorter than a lower arm (18), where the base has a C shaped section, and the device is made of plastic material. The base includes a vertical arm (20) with height of a solar panel. A median abutment (22) assures the connection between the upper and lower arms, and is extended over a height forming a spacer (24). The abutment extends beyond the upper arm, and extends below the lower arm. A hole (26-1) traverses the upper and lower arms, the abutment and the spacer. Another hole (26-2) traverses the abutment, the lower arm and the spacer. An independent claim is also included for a solar panel mounding arrangement including a fixing device.
