The present invention relates to a vehicle speed stabilization system (1) comprising: at least one GPS receiver (2) which receives the signals coming from the GPS satellites (G); at least one body control module (3) which receives the latitude - longitude information of the location at which the vehicle (T) is present, coming from the GPS receiver (2), and converts these information into a format that will be understood by the electronic units in the vehicle (T); at least one engine control unit (4) which calculates and controls the maximum amount of speed that can be reached by the vehicle (T) at its location by analyzing the latitude - longitude information with the location/speed information maps loaded into it previously; at least one warning unit (5) which warns the driver visually and vocally.
