A vehicular lower duct structure (20) includes: a front guide section (34) provided horizontally under the lower edge of an opening section (26c) of a front bumper face (26) and having left and right concave beads (45, 47) opening upwardly and extending in a front-rear direction of a vehicle body; and a rear guide section (35) extending downwardly toward the rear of the vehicle body from a rear end portion (34b) of the front guide section (34) and having left and right convex beads (54, 56) opening downwardly and extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body.
