An automotive bumper structure includes a hollow bumper beam (11) extending in a widthwise direction of a vehicle, a pair of left and right stays (12) fixed to a vehicle body and supporting the bumper beam (11) and beam protector means (4,40) provided at the left and right ends of the bumper beam (11) for protecting the bumper beam (11) so as to be easily formed due to a straight configuration and accordingly to reduce the production cost thereof.
