The device has a drive (20), which stays in mechanically operative connection with the blocking element (10). The blocking element is rotatably mounted on an axle (11) in order to execute the movement between a locked position (1) and an unlocked position. The blocking element is brought into an intermediate position, which lies between the locked position and the unlocked position.
