Battery pack with tempering elements

The battery pack has several battery flat cells (6) with cathode arrestor (17) and anode conductor (18) that are connected to each another. A conductive tempering element (30) located on arrestor is divided into heat-transferring surface portions (45,46). The conductive tempering element is pressed on heat-transferring surface portions through pressure piece (25), such that contact portions of arresters are connected.
