The transport trolley (1) has a lifting device (11), which is arranged on a support frame (2) and has a lifting element arranged within the storage space (10). The lifting device has a lifting- and pivoting mechanism, which is directly or indirectly coupled with the supporting frame or the lifting element. An independent claim is also included for a method for forklift-free transport and handling of mobile disposal containers.
