Voltage-generator device for electric fishing

The device (10) has a generator assembly (14) including a generator (50) equipped with a controlling unit (52) utilized for controlling continuous output voltage applied between electrodes. The generator is self-energized. An inductor i.e. rotor, is powered by excitation voltage produced by an armature i.e. stator, of the generator. The controlling unit transforms the excitation voltage issued from the armature into regulated excitation voltage in order to supply to the inductor. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a voltage-generator device for electric fishing.
